I am making this as a “batch” cocktail, which means that I will make up a batch in a pitcher and
then serve individually over ice to my guests. You can pretty much do any cocktail as a “batch”
cocktail. Just make it up ahead in whatever quantity you want and then put in a pitcher (without
ice) and pour out as needed. I usually do a batch cocktail for a large party as the “specialty
drink”. It is a convenient way for a host to get a guest a first drink without a bunch of fuss, then
the guests can move on to wine or beer or more of the specialty cocktail!

20 ounces Fireball
20 ounces unfiltered apple cider
Juice from 5 lemons

Combine all ingredients in a large pitcher and stir to combine.
For each serving, pour 4 ounces into a shaker filled with ice, shake, shake, shake and strain into
a highball glass filled with ice.
