Ruby Red Grapefruit Salsa

Makes about 1 1/2 cups
Can be made a few hours ahead of time.
1/1/2 cups ruby red grapefruit sections, chopped. (you can buy grapefruit already segmented at
the market or do it yourself but remove the membranes..this is called “to supreme”)
1/2 red bell pepper, minced
2 Tablespoons red onions, minced
1 Tablespoon jalapeno, seeded and minced
2 Tablespoons cilantro, chopped
2 Teaspoons sugar
2 Tablespoons lime juice
1 Tablespoon olive oil
Combine and gently mix together.
