Warm and Spicy Manhattan

This is kind of a twist on a Manhattan or Old Fashioned…but with a warm and slightly

smoky/spicy taste that comes from the smoked simple syrup. Traeger smoked simple syrup is

flavored with cloves and vanilla that gives it a slightly spicy taste.

2 ounces bourbon

1 ounce smoked simple syrup( I used Traeger)

1 1/2 ounces lemon juice

1 ounce orange juice

In a shaker combine all ingredients, add ice and …shake, shake, shake. Strain into a martini

glass.
